Terms & Conditions

  • Participants need to be a current client of Jason Wodlinger Mortgages and are currently processing a mortgage through JWMortgages.
  • Client must use KPA Law Firm Services
  • Client must fill out application form for rebate eligability.
  • Should the client contact our KPA Lawyers without using the application, they will need to mention Jason Wodlinger Mortgages to the lawyer before services are rendered. Failure to do so will prohibit issuing the rebate.
  • Offer ends March 31, 2024; however, if the client applies for rebate before the deadline and intend to finalize their mortgage through JWMortgages, there is no deadline by which time they need to use KPA Law.
  • Before the rebate can be issued, Client must first produce an invoice from our Real Estate Partner confirming legal services used and all costs paid.
  • Rebate will be issued via e-transfer. Client must be set up for online banking to receive the rebate. Arrangements can be made for rebate by cheque.
  • Should the client’s final legal services bill result in an amount lower than the rebate amount posted herein; the rebate will match the lower amount. Legal Services only include legal worked performed and does not include expenses such as (but not limited to) land transfer taxes, appraisal fees, administration fees, title costs, insurance, discharges, transfers/assignments, registry office.
